A filter for compressed air, in which a filling constituting a filter means can be simply and rapidly replaced without the use of any tool. A device body (16) is integrally formed by first and second cylindrical portions (26, 28), which receive first and second filter elements (88, 90) comprising first and second fillings (27, 29), respectively, constituting first and second filter means (12, 14), and respective portions (22, 30, 24) which form an introduction passage (37), guide passage (44) and a feed passage (39). The introduction passage forming portion (22) and the feed passage forming portion (24) of the device body (16), respectively, are formed with take-out ports (41, 41), from which the first and second fillings (27, 29) are taken out, and the take-out ports (41, 41) detachably mount thereto closure members (18, 18) for fluidtightly closing the ports. The filter elements (88, 90) comprise the first or second fillings (27, 29), a core bar having a finger setting portion at its one end and extending through a central portion of the first or second fillings (27, 29), and pressing members (57, 59) engaged by opposite ends of the core bar and disposed on opposite ends of the first or second fillings (27, 29). |
