PURPOSE:To send out outputs from photosensitive picture element arrays, formed separately on the semiconductor chip, without any time overlap by storing the outputs of photosensitive picture element arrays in a memory part temporarily. CONSTITUTION:This device is equipped with memory means 116 and 119 where signal charges fro respective photosensitive picture elements in a couple of 2nd photosensitive picture element arrays (c) and (d) are stored temporarily during the transfer of a 1st sequential read means 111, a 2nd sequential read means 112 which transfers the temporarily stored signal charges in time-series groups by the photosensitive picture element arrays of the couple of the 2nd photosensitive picture element arrays (c) and (d), and a control part 120 which outputs the signal outputs of the 1st and 2nd sequential read means 111 and 112 without any time overlap. Then, the quantity of relative deviation between a light image couple from the same subject is detected in two directions. Consequently, the signal output groups from the 1st and 2nd photosensitive picture element arrays (a), (b), (c), and (d) are outputted without any time overlap. |
