<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency and the usability of the screen operation of a multi-window system by moving a mouse cursor on a screen and changing the size of a window frame by adjusting it to the movement of the mouse cursor when the mouse cursor is finally overlapped on the window frame. SOLUTION: The mouse cursor 21 is positioned on idle areas 34 and 35 where graphic objects do not exist, and a mouse key is depressed. Then, the mouse cursor 21 is moved while a drag operation is executed. When the mouse cursor 21 is overlapped on the window frames 25-32 of the window 22 whose size is to be changed, the window frames 25-32 of the overlapped part are acquired by the mouse. The mouse cursor 21 and one side or two sides of the window frames 25-32 with which the mouse cursor 21 is overlapped move with the mouse cursor 21 and the size of the window 22 is changed.</p> |
