PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent hard copy from being deposited when one printer is shared in a plurality of terminals. SOLUTION: When printing data is transmitted from a data processing terminal 2 to a printer 3, the printer 3 gives password data to printing data and returns it to the data processing terminal 2. In the data processing terminal 2, password data is informed to a user. When the user directly inputs password data to the printer 3, data printing is started. Even if printing data is transmitted from the data processing terminal 2 to the printer 3, printing output is not started. When the user of the data processing terminal 2 moves to the position of the printer 3 and he/she inputs password data, printing output is started. Thus, hard copy is securely obtained by the user. |
