PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To balance the distribution of the magnetic flux of a rotary electric machine and to reduce unbalanced magnetic attraction force, by adjusting the number of coil windings of the opposing coil windings of a stator. SOLUTION: The number of coil windings that pass a slot (x) for balancing the fluxϕx being induced from the coil winding passing through the arbitrary slot (x) of a rotary electric machine, and the flux passing through an arbitrary slot, is given by the expression. In this expression,β, e,αx, p, and n0 represent the coil winding coefficient, the eccentricity, the angle formed by the center line of the slot x and eccentricity direction, the number of poles of the rotary machine, and the number of coil windings at the slot (x) without eccentricity, respectively. Therefore, the eccentricity is verified in the rotary electric machine before each coil winding of opposing coil winding is adjusted, and the flux being induced from each coil winding can be balanced, thus reducing unbalanced magnetic suction force and obtaining the rotary electric machine with low vibration and noise. |
