PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit for relatively easily reducing a radiation noise. SOLUTION: A shield wiring 62 for forming a mutual inductance is arranged in a clock wiring 60 or a signal wiring 61 to which a signal with high frequencies is transmitted, and the shield wiring 62 is connected with the ground terminal of the circuit. Therefore, the effective inductance of the clock wiring 60 or the signal wiring 61 is made smaller than its own inductance L. Thus, a radiation noise radiated from a semiconductor integrated circuit can be reduced. Especially, the shield wiring with almost the same wiring width is arranged along the clock-wiring or the signal wiring to which a signal with high frequencies is transmitted so that the radiation noise can be easily reduced by using the wiring area of the semiconductor integrated circuit.
