MANUFACTURE OF DISCONTINUOUS SURFACE LENS, MOLD, AND WORKING DEVICE THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold for a discontinuous surface lens with a constitution with the capability of curtailing all of material cost, working cost, and fabrication cost. SOLUTION: The mold for a discontinuous surface lens includes a main mold part 19 and an ancillary mold part 19 for defining a molding space between it and the main mold part 19 by being integrated with the main mold part 19. The main mold part 19 has N-pieces of mold splitting units 20 including M-pieces of specular surface molding small planes 20 for respectively forming the mirror surface of a lens formed to be disposed in a row along the one end surface of a plane body. Each mold splitting unit 20 is arranged in parallel with each other and fixed by being inserted in the inner part of a fabrication stationary frame 10 in a close contact state.
