摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain transmittance as an antireflection article, to lower the electrification thereof and to prevent the adhesion of dust, etc., by surface electrification by having an antistatic layer consisting of a transparent resin contg. transparent conductive fillers on the lower layer of a low-refractive index layer. SOLUTION: The antistatic layer 2 consisting of a transparent conductive filler-contg. resin and the low-refractive index layer 3 consisting of a thin film of a polymer having a fluorine-contained aliphat. cyclic structure are successively laminated on an optical substrate 1. Transparent high-polymer resins, such as polystyrene and polycarbonate, are applicable as the optical substrate 1. The thickness of the optical substrate 1 is preferably in a range of 0.5 to 30 μm. The examples of the base resin of the transparent conductive filler-contg. resin layer 2 includes transparent resins, such as thermoplastic acrylic resins and polystyrene resins. Metal oxides having transparency, for example, one or plural kinds of tin oxide, indium oxide, etc., are preferably used as the transparent conductive fillers.
