R1 = H, 1-4C alkyl or 3-7C cycloalkylmethyl; X1 = H, halo or 1-4C alkoxy; or -OR1+X1 = -O-CH2-O-, -O-(CH2)2-, -O-(CH2)3-, -O-(CH2)2-O- or -O-(CH2)3-O-; X2 = H, amino or -NHCOOR; R = 1-4C alkyl or phenyl(1-2C)alkyl; X3 = H or halo; n = 0-3; Het = pyrrolidin-1-yl, piperidin-1-yl (optionally 4-substituted by OH, amino, dimethylamino, acetylamino, methyl sulphonyl amino, carbamoyl, phenyl, phenylmethyl or 1H-imidazol-4-yl), 1H-hexahydroazepin-1-yl, 8-azabicyclo3.2.1oct-8-yl, 4-(phenylmethyl)piperazin-1-yl, 4-methyl-hexahydro-1,4-diazepin-1-yl, 1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisoquinolin-2-yl, 1-azabicyclo2.2.2oct-3-yl or the Cl, Br, I, methylsulphonyl or 4-methylphenylsulphonyl salt of 1-azabicyclo2.2.2oct-3-yl (1-substituted by Y); Y = H, 1-6C alkyl, or phenyl(1-4C)alkyl. |
