PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the waste treatment of disinfectant after sterilization in comparison with sterilization due to conventional chemicals by sterilizing substances to be sterilized while circulating ozone water inside a disinfect tub. SOLUTION: When substances to be sterilized are completely cleaned and rinsed, a controller supplies ozone gases from an ozonizer 15 through an ozone gas supply line 14 and an ejector 13 to a circulation line 6. Concerning water in a disinfect tub 1, ozone gases are supplied during the circulation through the circulation line 6 by the operation of circulation pump 5, high-concentration ozone water is generated and ciruclated in the disinfect tub 1, and substances to be sterilized are sterilized. According to the end signal of sterilizing process, the controller stops operating the ozonizer 15 and the circulation pump 5, opens a solenoid valve 24, passes ozone water through an ozone decomposing means 25, adsorbs/decomposes ozones and discharges them from a discharge line 22 to the outside of system. Thus, since ozone water is discharged through the ozone water decomposing means 25 after sterilization, it can be easily discharged in comparison with the waste treatment of conventional disinfectant. |
