PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extruder that can perform the crosslinking of a resin and an elastomer and the homogeneous dispersion of oil, by specifying the screw constructions of the first and second kneading zones of a twin-screw extruder having at least two kneading zones. SOLUTION: The screw construction of the first kneading zone comprises a combination of at least two kinds selected from among A, B, C, and E and a combination of at least one kind selected from among D, F, and G, in both combinations at least one being selected from each kind selected, and has a length (L/D) of 3-20; and that of the second kneading zone comprises a combination of at least two kinds selected from among A, B, C, and E and a combination of at least one kind selected from among D, F, and G, in both combinations at least one being selected from each kind selected, and has a length (L/D) of 6-30. Here, A, B, C, and D are kneading discs having different twist angles and blade widths; E is a mixing screw; F is an inverse helical screw; and G is a varistar ring. |
