PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the work efficiency economically by an arrangement wherein ink or paper powder adhering to a region on the circumferential surface of a tubular blanket where a web is not present has no effect thereby suppressing breakage of a web and preventing trouble in the use of the tubular blanket. SOLUTION: The tubular blanket comprises a main blanket part 8a at least having a part touching a web 2 to be printed, and the remaining blanket part 8b other than the main blanket part 8a wherein the main blanket part 8a is formed to have a uniform thickness and the remaining blanket part 8b is formed thinner than the main blanket part 8a. |
