<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method by which an ignition transformer which is enhanced in reliability by sufficiently filling up a bobbin main body with an insulating resin and sufficiently insulating a primary winding and a secondary winding from each other. SOLUTION: An ignition transformer manufacturing method includes a process in which the space between a mold 6 and a first bobbin body 4 is filled up with an insulating resin 7 from the bottom side to the top side by injecting the resin 7 into the through hole 10 of the cylindrical bobbin 2 of the bobbin body 4 and discharging the resin 7 not only from the lower end section of the hole 10, but also from the opening of a high-voltage terminal 20, by pushing the rein 7 towards the bottom of the hole 10 with a pushing-out jig 21 and another process, in which the first bobbin body 4 carrying a coating film section 8 of the resin 7 is taken out of the mold 6 by pushing the body 4 with a take- out jig 22.</p> |
