FIELD: oil-producing industry; applicable in pressure measurement in oil producing development wells provided with pumps. SUBSTANCE: bit successive transmission of coded information is carried out in fixed periods of time. In this event, logic zero is not transmitted and logic unit is transmitted n times during time window. Information is reduced to condition m <p, where m is quality of logic units in information word, and p is number of logic zeroes in information word. The method is embodied with the help of device in which turbogenerator is located between sucker-rod pump and bottom-hole pressure gage. In this case, inlet of turbogenerator is found at the level of upper boundary of producing formation. Pressure gage has pressure pickup, ATsP, register, buffer, motor, timer, starting circuit, AND circuit, discharger, drive, shaper of bit windows, accumulator, hold-down member, radiator and storage battery connected with turbogenerator via converter and supplying power to power unit of downhole instrument.
