The shelf has a pair of parallel brackets (1) screwed underneath it. A second pair of parallel brackets (3) are joined to the back part of the work station (4). They have a flat vertical wall with a horizontal cylindrical projection (11) on their sides and these engage in cut-outs (5) in the first brackets. A hook (6), facing downwards and forwards, on the first brackets allows the shelf to hang vertically. The vertical walls of the first brackets have a horizontal cylindrical projection (8) that engage in cut-outs (9) in the second brackets.
