The amusement machine group has a central control unit (2a) within an amusement machine (1a) provided with a coin reception unit (3) coupled to the central control unit (2b) of at least one further coin-operated amusement machine (1b) which does not have a coin reception unit. The payment entered via the coin reception unit may be credited to a required amusement machine within the group by operation of a selection button, or the payment may be divided between different amusement machines.
