A valve (5) which is open in the aeration direction is located in the aeration and ventilation line (4). It automatically closes upon entry of fluid or upon the emergence of an airflow directed in the ventilation direction. The closing pressure of the valve in the ventilation direction is greater than the airflow forces on the shut-off component in normal operation in the ventilation direction. It is less than the dynamic or static pressure of fluid or air flowing into the valve from the fuel tank (1).
