PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing FRP bends developed to be manufactured in conformity with piping angles by a simple device with good productivity and efficiency at low cost. SOLUTION: A straight pipe 1 formed of thermosetting resin material into an appropriate length and thickness and in an intermediate state of curing reaction is housed in a sealed heating space in a manner being supported on a support tools 3 by its both ends or central part, and thereafter, while the straight pipe 1 is heated at a predetermined heating temperature by a heating unit 4 and added with a load at its central part or both ends by a weight 5, an FRP bend having an appropriate bending angle (θ) of a substantially chevron shape can be bent manufactured with good productivity at low cost. |
