<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly stable microwave oscillator and to improve productivity. SOLUTION: In a microwave oscillator which is provided with a micro-wave oscillation circuit formed on a circuit board 3, a metallic case 5 covering the microwave oscillation circuit and a frequency adjusting rod 4 screwed into the ceiling of the metallic case 5 wherein a frequency changes by turning the frequency adjusting rod 4, a dielectric resonator 1 is joined to the frequency adjusting rod 4 through a dielectric support 2 whose dielectric constant is low and whose microwave loss is less. A gap between the dielectric resonator 1 and the circuit board 3 changes by turning the frequency adjusting rod 4 and then the frequency changes.</p> |
