The extruder gun with an electric reduction motor (10) comprises a body (6) forming a housing (7) for a cartridge. A rod (8) sliding longitudinally in the housing is supported against the cartridge bottom so as to expel the product. A bush (11) activated by the motor moves on the rod to a wedging position where it grips and immobilises the rod. A spring (36) wedged on the body is supported against the bush and enables it to be returned along the rod. An eccentric (37) wedged on the motor reduction shaft (10a) during rotation in one direction is borne against the ring to bring it into the wedging position and then advances with the rod. During opposite rotation the eccentric is withdrawn from the bush enabling it to be returned by the spring.
