PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain sorting independently of presence of connection of a discharge sorting device or the like by discharging transfer paper in a conventional direction on which an image is formed through conventional image processing and transfer paper on which an image is formed through image processing after rotation of 90 degrees alternately so as to conduct sorting. SOLUTION: At first when a control section 10 confirms it that a just preceding image is formed through 90 deg. rotation in a series of image forming operation, a paper feed section 70 feeds transfer paper in a conventional direction, image processing is applied to image data in the usual direction, the image is generated and discharged from a discharge section 90 in this direction. Moreover, in the case that the just preceding direction is the conventional direction, the transfer paper in a direction different from 90 deg. is fed from the paper feed section 70 and the image is processed so that image data are rotated by 90 deg. in an image memory 60, the rotated image is formed and the image is discharged from the discharge section 90 in the state of the image forming. The image forming in a conventional direction and image forming with 90 deg. rotation are conducted alternately. |
