PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a electrostatic charge image developing toner having excellent electrification property and a long life. SOLUTION: This electrostatic charge image developing toner has at most 1.3 volume average particle size distribution index (GSDv) and at least 0.95 ratio (GSDv/GSDp) of the volume average particle size distribution index (GSDv) to the number average particle size distribution index (GSDp). The electrostatic charge image developing toner is suitably produced by the producing method of an electrostatic charge image developing toner including a process to form aggregated particles in a dispersion liquid having dispersion of at least resin particles to prepare a dispersion liquid of aggregated particles, a process to add and mix a dispersion liquid of fine particles prepared by dispersing fine particles to the dispersion liquid of aggregated particles to deposit the fine particles to the aggregated particles to form particles with deposition, and a process to heat the particles with melting to form toner particles.
