PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the security to a service, where plural information services are in existence in mixture in a same channel and multiply accessed, while a radio wave is effectively utilized by allowing a same terminal to store a program for displaying pluralities of messages to control display permission with respect to plural messages. SOLUTION: A program authentication information discrimination section 16 discriminates whether or not program authentication information provided to a received program is authentication information, uniquely identifying its own terminal and the program is stored in a storage section 13. Then a detection section 14 detects a corresponding program with a program identifier given to a received normal message, a program delete message discrimination section 17 discriminates the message not to be a delete message, a program start section 15 starts the program and a display section 12 displays a description. In the case of receiving the program delete message, a message authentication information discrimination section 19 starts a program delete section 18, and an identifier is used to delete a program corresponding to each other stored in a storage section 13. |
