PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize proper shift operation without a feeling of incompatibility with operating force reduced by always holding constant shifting force under any shifting conditions. SOLUTION: A power shifter for amplifying operating force to a gearshift lever and outputting it to a transmission is provided with a sensor 6 for detecting displacement of the power shifter, and a controller 4 for receiving detection signals from the sensor 6 to control the drive of a motor 3. The controller 4 includes a shifting speed detection part 41 for calculating the shifting speed based on the detection signals from the sensor 6, and a motor-drive characteristic arithmetic part 42 for increasing the acceleration of the driving force of the motor 3 according as the shifting speed rises to thus hold the shifting force constant. |
