PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably measure the speed and distance of a target at the same time by inserting a microlaser into a FabryPEΓrot resonator, and detecting the coherence from the modulated frequency generated by the interference of the frequency-modulated laser oscillation within the resonator and a measurement signal. SOLUTION: A projecting assembly comprises a pumping diode 8 which is an optical means for pumping a microlaser 10, and optical lens assemblies 12, 13 for constituting the collimating and focusing optical part of the beam projected by the pumping diode 8. A continuous oscillating monolithic solid microlaser 10 is inserted into a Fabry-PEΓrot resonator partitioned by an input mirror 16 and an output mirror 18 having a distance L. A control voltage is applied between electrodes 22, 24 of a modulating device 20 to modulate the oscillating frequency of the laser. A separating cube 25 extracts a reference beam 26 on an oscillating beam 4 and transmits it to a light detecting means 28. |
