FIXED-DOSE ASSOCIATION OF AN ANGIOTENSIN-CONVERTING ENZYME INHIBITOR AND OF A CALCIUM CHANNEL ANTAGONIST, METHOD FOR PREPARATION AND USE THEREOF IN THE TREATMENT OF CARDIOVASCULAR ILLNESSES Comprises a dose of (a) enalapril or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and another dose of (b) nitrendipine or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and in that it is administered in single-dose gallenic form. The method comprises: (a) dissolving enalapril maleate in water with an inorganic salt; (b) mixing the micronized nitrendipine with a fraction of he disintegrating excipients, the wetting agent, the fragmentary diluting agent, the agglutinating agent, and the plastic diluting agent, previously sieved; (c) granulating the products homogenized in section (b) with the solution obtained in section (a); (d) drying the granulated mass; (e) incorporating the lubricating agent, and the remaining fraction of the disintegrating excipients and homogenizing the calibrated granulate; (f) compressing the granulate. Use of said association for the manufacture of a medicament for the treatment of illnesses of the cardiovascular system.
