<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the productivity efficiency or a liquid-crystal display device by reducing the number of processes during inspection of a soldered portion fitted over a rubber bush for the cold-cathode tube of the liquid-crystal display device. SOLUTION: A colorless, transparent insulating material is used for a bush 1 for the cold-cathode tube of a liquid-crystal display device, and a soldered portion 6 between a cable 3 and the cold-cathode tube 5 is covered to enable the soldered portion 6 to be seen from the outside through the colorless transparent bush 1, thus enabling inspection of the soldered portion 6 without removal of the bush 1. Hence the productivity efficiency of the liquid-crystal display device can be enhanced.</p> |
