Electrostatic powder spray gun

The electrostatic gun has a plastics disc (1) at the end of a cascade and has an eccentric mounting for a screw fitting which carries the glass tube (5) which ducts the compressed air to the end of the gun. The glass tube also carries the wire connection (7) for the electrostatic charge. The glass tube, wire and end fittings are removable to fit different shapes of outlet. The glass tube is secured by a screw fit while the outlet fittings are attached by a press fit action. The outlet profile has spray jets around a central axis to enhance the spreading action of the gun.
