The invention concerns a method for making a rigid corrugated cardboard, comprising, a preliminary step of producing at least a single faced ply (21) of given length by gluing a flute to a single faced cover. The invention is characterised in that it consists in the following steps: a) bending the single faced ply (21) according to a desired shape; b) gluing the bent single faced ply flute tops; c) gluing at least a double faced cover (22) of the same width as the single faced ply on the single faced ply (21) such that it matches the said ply bent shape. The invention also concerns a device for implementing the method and the rigid corrugated cardboard obtained by the method.
