The particle storage device has a ring electrode in the form of a single curve rotational hyperboloid and 2 end electrodes provided by a double curve rotational hyperboloid. The ring electrode is provided by individual linear electrode plates of a conductive material, positioned overlapping one another and in electrical contact with one another, rotationally attached to 2 rings at their ends.
