The monitoring device includes apparatus and components for the acoustic signal and noise detection (1,2) and processing (3) coupled with an ultra sound or infra sound generator (4,5,6). Hardware and software for sorting and analysis of receiving noises and for the transmission of alarm messages (7). The messages are transmitted to a central station (9). The noises are detected via a microphone (1) and digitised (2). The noises are stored in a file (3) and compared with a file of tolerated noises. When the result is negative the ultrasound generator and a beast of prey call is activated. The receiving noise is compared with the data file of the detected noise and the different characteristic is output via an alarm message. -
