MACHINE FOR LABELLING EXCISE MARK ON STOPPED-UP BOTTLE NECK

FIELD: labelling equipment. SUBSTANCE: machine has bed frame and the following components linked kinematically with its drive: feed conveyer with bottle flow step dividing mechanism under it, mechanism for preparation of excise mark for labelling and labelling it on cap of stopped-up bottle. Mark crimping device is provided with additional disk 16. Disks 15 and 16 are mounted eccentrically relative to each other on fixed crank for turn about its axes. Disk is also provided with fixed cams and holders located at equal pitch over its circumference. Holders are fitted with rods. Each leverage is made in form of pair of L-shaped levers and pair of levers spring-loaded relative to each other and provided with rollers at free ends. Flexible coupling is provided with fork grips engageable with cogs. EFFECT: prolonged contact of excise mark with bottle neck over its contour with no loss in machine productivity. 2 cl, 7 dwgs
