PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease the man-hours required for prepn. of image data and correct answer data which are teaching materials in order to train an operator for inputting the code data corresponding to the image data with a video coding system(VCS) for executing the coding of the image data that a mail sorting machine cannot recognize. SOLUTION: An administration terminal 2 sorts if the operator of an input terminal 3 is the operator for making the input operation of regular coding or the operator for making the input operation of training. When the terminal receives the image data from the mail sorting machine 10, the terminal allocates the operator in charge and transmits the image data to the input terminal 3. When the operator in charge is the operator to be a teacher, the code data thereof is saved in correspondence to the image data. The saved image data is transmitted to the input terminal 3 of the training operator and whether the coincidence or not is decided by comparing the received code data with the corresponding code data of the teacher. |
