FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has hollow sectional body with gravitational reed valve mounted in it for axial displacement. Valve is provided with guide tubular channel. Reed valve of outlet holes is made in form of flexible circular membrane with central hole. It is positioned on delivery channel nipple with overlapping of outlet holes and is pressed to body by flexible circular member set on nipple. Membrane protrudes above body with its circular edge and may be bent out to form slotted clearance between it and body for emergency discharge of respiratory medium. In other variant of apparatus by-pass sector slots are made between reed valve and internal surface of body on side of delivery channel. Sector slots communicate with outlet holes through hollow and are separated from one another by radial projections arranged uniformly. These projections are made integral with reed valve.
