<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a vaccine for coccidiosis. SOLUTION: This vaccine is a composition containing no individuals of Eimeria, a parasite, but one or more kinds of proteins or their fragments or their variations. The protein exists in (a) a hydrophilic phase of an extract of Eimeria-sporozoites with triton X-114 and has (b) 26-30±5 kDa (21-35 kDa) molecular weight measured by a sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) under a reducing condition.</p> |
