PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a frictional resistance of a mold and a molded item and to eliminate adherence of foamable thermosetting resin liquid before curing to a mold surface by supplying lubricant to an inner surface of the mold before the resin liquid is foamed by heating to become a foam molded item into contact with the inner surface of the mold. SOLUTION: The apparatus 1 comprises a slit 44 for supplying lubricant to supply the lubricant supplied from the slit 44 to an inner wall surface of a mold 4 and/or an intermediate material surface on the way of forming at an inlet side from a position of the mold 4 in contact with the inner wall surface of the mold 4 as foam molded item 82 due to foaming of foamable thermosetting resin liquid 21. Thus, when the foaming is advanced so that the liquid 21 becomes the molded item 82 of the state in contact with the inner wall surface of the mold 4, the lubricant always exists between the molded item 82 and the mold 4. As a result, a frictional force between the molded item 82 and the mold 4 is reduced, and the molded item 82 can be smoothly taken off. Further, the surface of the molded item 82 is not roughed, and the liquid 21 before curing is not adhered to the inner wall surface of the mold. |
