PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding machine convenient at the time of forming a multilayered structure after stamping a fiber reinforced resin sheet. SOLUTION: A positioning pin 4 is provided on a mold register face of a mold 2 at least on one side of molds 2 and 3 of a horizontal type injection molding machine, while a relief hole 5 is formed on the mold register face of the mold 3 on the other side. A fiber reinforced resin sheet S is engaged with the positioning pin 4 and the molds 2 and 3 are mold clamped, and then the stamping pressure is applied by a pressurizing means to carry out the stamping molding. Then, if required, molten resin is injected from an injection mechanism 6 and a resin layer is formed integrally on a surface layer or the like of the fiber reinforced resin sheet.
