PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machine for removing a gill part since the color of fish oil is black, a lot of impurities are contained, time and labor are required for refining and extract is strongly bitter and not suitable for food because the gill part of a bonito head part is not removed for the conventionally obtained fish oil and extract. SOLUTION: Relating to this device, the bonito head parts of any size are coped with by one machine by turning upper and lower head part press molds to a double structure provided with a core shape for the bonito head parts of the different sizes and a projecting parallels part is automatically cut off from the bonito head part by a rotary cutter inserted between the upper and lower press mold housing them. Also, the upper and lower press molds 19 and 20 are held at positions around a circular turntable 1, the upper and lower press molds 19 and 20 are respectively individually guided, the upper and lower press molds 19 and 20 are closed on the side of the cutter 27 and the lower press mold 20 is opened and the bonito head part is taken out at a take-out part on the opposite side of the cutter 27. |
