PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the propagation of mold and bacteria so as to realize a sanitary condition by blending a polyurethane resin with extracts from a bamboo which have the antibacterial action. SOLUTION: The resin component in which a pigment is added to a thermoplastic polyurethane resin so that its amount becomes 2.0 weight % is kneaded, and to which extracts from a bamboo are added and mixed in at the rates of 0 weight %, 1.0 weight %, 2.5 weight %, 5.0 weight %, and 6.0 weight % and are palletized by a 30 mm extruder, and a test piece which is 1 mm thick sheet is prepared by a press. Next, the pellet obtained in this way is charged into an extruder hopper and is melted at a molding temperature of about 200 deg.C, and an object molded like sheet (resin component layer) 2 and polyester fabric (fiber layer) 3 are laminated to produce a resin belt 1. |
