PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a necessity of special machining and fitting in a protrusion part of an exterior panel, facilitate the mounting work to the protrusion part, attach a mold easily, and hold a mounting condition of the mold stably. SOLUTION: This is a clip k which attaches a mold M to a protrusion part of an exterior panel P. It has a first mounting piece 10 provided with an adhesion face 11 to one side face Wa of the protrusion part W and a second mounting piece 20 provided with an adhesion face 21 to the other side face Wa of the protrusion part W. The first mounting piece 10 and the second mounting piece 20 are assembled through a hinge part 30 in which a folding position 31 is fixed, and the adhesion faces 11, 21 can turn in the direction in which they approach mutually centered on the folding position 31. A latching means 40 for a side fringe part Ma which extends in the direction of length of the mold M is provide on opposite side to a side where the adhesion faces 11, 21 are provided in the first mounting piece 10 and the second mounting piece 20, respectively. |
