PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent tangling among wire rods and to stabilize delivery at the time of delivering the wire rod even when the succeeding wire rod is earlier dropped to the bottom part of a coil by coating a lubricant to the wire rod for the duration of until coiling copper or copper alloy onto the coil after wire drawing. SOLUTION: The roughly drawn wire 10 is delivered from an uncoiler 11 and drawn into the wire rod 13 of 1-3 mmϕwith a wire drawing machine 12. Next, after annealing with an electrically energizing heater 14, the lubricant is coated on the surface of the wire rod 13 with a lubricant coating machine 15, and the wire rod is compactly coiled onto a disassembly spooler 16. In this case, since the lubricant to be used is used for the purpose of improving sliding among the wire rods, as long as it contains the oil constituent of 3-10 wt.%, the optional lubricant including a preserving oil, anion or the like is allowed to select. The coating method is not also specified as long as it is the method capable of uniformly coating. Also, the coating position is optional as long as it is between the wire drawing machine 12 and the disassembly spooler 16. |
