<p>PURPOSE:To automatically return a precharge gate switch built in a repeater to the switching state before a power failure even in the case that the switching state is different from the state controlled in the past by occurring the power failure in the repeater. CONSTITUTION:A center supervisory and controlling device 1 polls repeaters 7, 8, and 9 through a CATV transmission line 6 to collect monitoring data and controls the switching of the precharge gate switches built in the repeaters 7, 8, and 9 to write control contents in a control result history data base 4. The center supervisory and controlling device 1 compares the switching states of precharge gate switches out of collected monitoring data with the switching states stored in the control result history data base 4 and remotely controlled finally, and switchings of precharge gate switches are remotely controlled by preceding control contents if they do not coincide with each other.</p> |
