<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the electrostatic image developing toner capable of always forming an image high in quality, indifferent to environmental conditions, at the time of development and maintaining formed image quality for a long period and superior in resistance to discoloration and easy in handling by adding a second silicone resin power into a first powder comprising a thermoplastic resin and a pigment and a silicone oil. SOLUTION: The electrostatic image developing toner is prepared by adding a second silicone resin power into a first power comprising a thermoplastic resin and a pigment and a silicone oil, thus permitting the electrostatic image developing toner to be enhanced in fluidity and stabilized in chargeability, accordingly, enhanced and stabilized and almost constant in transfer efficiency, indifferent to the developing time, and stably enhanced in image density. It is preferred that the content of the silicone oil 0.05-5.0 weight % and an amount of the silicone resin power to be added is 0.01-5.0 pts.wt. of 100 pts.wt. of the first powder, further preferably, 0.1-1.0 pts.wt.</p> |
