PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent level fluctuation caused by noises from being transmitted to an internal circuit by removing the noise even when this noise is superimposed on an input signal. SOLUTION: This circuit is provided with a bias voltage generating circuit 3 for generating a bias voltage Vb different from the threshold voltage of an input circuit 1 just by a prescribed level. This bias voltage generating circuit 3 is composed of an inverter IV2 having a threshold voltage at level different from the threshold voltage of an inverter IV1 in the input circuit 1 and a feedback resistor Rf1 connected between the input terminal and output terminal of this inverter IV2. The synthetic signal of the input signal IN transmitted to a signal input terminal TM and a bias voltage Vb is supplied to the input circuit 1. |
