PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To limit the read of stored data corresponding to a location to execute the read of the data and to freely construct an environment capable of surely evading a situation that the data are leaked to a third person by collating the location of a device main body storing the data and controlling the read of the data. SOLUTION: When a data read request from a data storage device 101 is generated from a reader 102 through a data controller 103, the data controller 103 requests the judgement of whether or not the location of a main body is within a readable area to a location judgement device 104. In response to it, the location judgement device 104 judges a present place and returns the value of read possibility when it is within a specified area and the value of read impossibility when it is on the outside of the area to the data controller 103. Then, only in the case that the value of the read possibility is returned, the data controller 103 withdraws the data ND in a non-ciphered state from the data storage device 101 and transfers them to the reader 102. |
