PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To verify the travel plan of a traveling body with a slight communication cost by comparing the current position, the current time, and the working plan of a user and reporting that a traveling condition deviates from the working plan to the user when it occurs. SOLUTION: A working plan generation function 12 creates a working plan from the current location information of a vehicle obtained from a position measurement function 11, destination information obtained from a user, and road network information preserved by a navigation terminal device 10. A traveling plan verification function 13 where a traveling plan is inputted compares the current location information of the vehicle and the traveling plan continuously to verify whether the vehicle move deviates from the traveling plan or not. Similarly, a travel plan executable verification function 21 where a travel plan is transmitted continuously compares real-time road traffic information from a road traffic information system 40 with the traveling plan to verify whether the travel is possible or not. Then, when the vehicle move deviates from the traveling plan or when it is judged that the vehicle cannot travel, the situation is determined to be invalid and a travel condition presentation function 14 presents it to a user. |
