MOLDING EXCELLENT IN DISPERSIBILITY OF MICROPARTICLES AND METHOD FOR EVALUATING DISPERSIBILITY OF MICROPARTICLES

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evaluate the dispersibility or microparticles in a molding simply from basic date. SOLUTION: A cross section of a molding is subjected to plasma treatment to each the polymer constituting the molding or subjected to alkali treatment to dissolve and remove the polymer or micropaticles. The number (D1) of the exposed microparticles or their traces present in an area of 300μm×400μm of the cross section and the number (D2) of exposed microparticles or their traces present in an area of 30μm×40μm of the cross section are measured with a scanning electron microscope. The difference should be within 30%.
