PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate which has excellent workability in respective processes of film forming, lamination with a base material and container molding and is excellent in holding physical property of contents, and a container using the same. SOLUTION: The laminate comprises (A) a polyethylene resin layer 1 with a density of 0.925 to 0.965 and a melt index of 0.2 to 20, (B) etylene-α.olefin copolymer 2 polymerized by using a single-site catalyst with a density of 0.890 to 0.925 and a melt index of 0.2 to 20, and (C) ethylene-α.olefin copolymer resin 3 polymerized by using a single-site catalyst with a density of 0.890 to 0.925 and a melt index of 0.2 to 20, wherein they are laminated in an order of (A), (B), (C), or the laminate further comprises 5 to 40 wt.% of polyethylene with a density of 0.926 to 9.965 and a melt index of 0.3 to 20 blended into (C), further the laminate comprises 2 to 10 wt.% of inorganic filler with an average particle diameter of 5 to 20μm added to (C) by a blending method of master- batch method. The container comprises the laminate with the (C) layer 3 as an innermost face.
