<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spacer forming method to form a spacer that attains the highly precise print at a low cost and with excellent reliability with no fall-off of the print caused from a printed object such as a panel surface, etc., and also with no fatigue failure. SOLUTION: A recess part of a printing intaglio 1 is filled with the resin paste 5, and the intaglio 1 is adhered to a printed object. Then the intaglio 1 is separated from the printed object after the resin is hardened. Thus, a spacer is imprinted to the printed object from the resin. In regard to a more desirable method, the recess part of the intaglio 1 having a light shielding layer on its surface excluding the recess part is filled with the photo-setting resin paste 5. Then the intaglio 1 is adhered to the printed object and irradiated by the light on its side opposite to the side where the recess part exists. Thus, the resin 5 is hardened and the intaglio 1 is separated from the printed object. Then the photo-setting resin is imprinted to the printed object.</p> |
