The present invention refers to a novel, low cost and minimum maintenance electronic system for gas stations gas dispatch data capture and control, the main characteristics of which are individualized gas dispatch control, quickness in fuel dispatching, instantaneous bills generation, warranty that dispatched fuel ends where it is desired, etc. This electronic system is installed on each gas dispatching station, sending its data to a computer where data are stored and recorded, this system can also be accessed by regular customers and thus verifying dispatches for flotillas case. This system constitutive parts can be summarized by being formed by: two conventional computers or microcomputers, first computer or microcomputer working as a system dedicated terminal for service identification and authorization, second computer or microcomputer operating as management terminal employing user database, allowing hired companies periodical reports and bills generation, as well as output information delivery; a communication modem between gas pump and computer; a power source, to be able to receive signal coming from modem, one for each dispenser, with a barrier intrinsically; a pulse counter located inside gas pump; an identifying means for each user, consisting of a button wherein all information or protocol is contained; a remote identifying means, each placed in gas dispensers, and consisting of a pulse button by user identifying means; a second reading means for each gas dispenser; a signal conditioner placed by wiring from a computer up to a power source, which operates as a repeater when wiring lengths are longer than 300 m.
